Tonight I had a gorgeous dinner consisting of an avocado, tomato, cucumber, lambs leaf and pea-shoot salad, dressed with red wine vinegar and mint with home-made wholegrain bread, followed by a delicious tofu-stir fry with fuckloads of fresh vegetables (including baby sweetcorn… so good) and a fruit salad consisting of strawberries, bananas, grapes and kiwi.
